A few weeks back I had the absolute pleasure of designing the audio for a one night concert with Willemijn at the Ambassadors Theatre London. The Sold out event produced by Paul Taylor Mills took place over the top of the resident production Stomp.. Our load in and set up time was limited but all of the in house team where great and myself, production engineer Matt Chisholm and console operator Andy Waddell had things together in no time. The Band Led fantastically by Musical director Tom Deering make our task great fun. Willemijn and our two guest vocalists James Fox and Victoria Hamilton-Barritt were all lovely. The show went very well with audiences delighted by numbers from We Will Rock You, Tarzan and of course Wicked.
Big thanks goes to Paul, Kylie and all at PTM,Keiran Fitzpatrick and the house team at The Ambassadors, & my team Matt and Andy for their hard work especially the load in!
